‘Adopt a river’
This project is based on a United Nations Model “Adopt a River”. Rotary and the United Nations share a history of working together for understanding and world peace. Our goal is to make our community aware that global warming is a reality and that we must come together to transform our future on Earth. What we do in the 2020-2030 decade based on the scientific evidence we have today, will be the decisive decade for the future of humanity on Earth. The future is really in our hands. It is an extraordinary time to be alive, even if you are passing through these cities we must act responsibly and decisively. No time to lose. We all share the same home our planet, our mother earth, Let’s save our planet!
